Someone has finally put my mind to rest!

You wrote them, you submitted them, and we read them. We laughed, we cried and we screamed in shock. However, the story that won our hearts was The Lion Abduction by the proud owner of 250B, Disney!

Congratulations to Disney for winning, and thanks to everyone who submitted a story! I may never know what really happened, but at least now I have an idea what may have gone down!

I'll leave you with Disney's award winning (and quite long) story below:

The Lion Abduction
by Disney

It was a blustery day in the hundred acre wood; Pooh was having a - wait my
bad. Wrong story! Here we go...

It was a blistering hot day in BittyBay. Three brave adventurers had been
sent to the unknown island of Golden Sands to explore to see if it could be
opened to the public in Bittybay's up and coming expansion. Three lions were
selected for their special personalities. Jellybeans, for her leadership,
aggressiveness, and courage, Snickers for being heat resistant, caring, and
insane enough to go, and Zoom just for the fun of it! They courageously
climbed Pyramid Pandazu, which they believed was named after one of the
previous leaders of this great island. Jellybeans surveyed the island from
the tip, and created a map of the surrounding area to take back to Spire.
Loudly, Jellybeans exclaimed:

"Snickers! How about you and Zoom go try and see if there is any water on
this dust bowl?!"

"You don't have to be snippy about it!" Replied Zoom.

"And what exactly will you be doing, Ms Jelly?" Snickers quickly replied

"Don't worry about that. Just follow orders! Do we have to bring up the
Staff Christmas party?" Jellybeans snapped.

Zoom & Snickers began their trek to find out if in fact, there was any water
here. They passed vagrant camels and other types of animals frequently that
looked like they were trying to find water just like they were. They quickly
discovered a very large dried mud cat statue with an inscription on the
bottom:

"Umm; any idea what that means Snickers...?" a very confused Zoom asked

"I think I have my Translator... Ah there it is!" replied Snickers.

"It says:

This statue is dedicated to our glorious Leader Pandazu in honor of his
great success in finding the underground lake on our large island. Those who
pass this statue are in danger of being captured by the Sand guard.
"
Snickers continued.

"Just what I, um, thought. Let's just go back to Jellybeans and tell her
there isn't any water. This Pandazu dude kind of sounds dangerous" said Zoom
hurriedly.

"No! We MUST make sure our records are accurate. The statue says the water
is underground. So there has to be a tunnel around here somewhere…!" said
Snickers.

So, Snickers & Zoom split up and looked everywhere around the statue for any
signs of an old tunnel or passage way. They guessed the statue was about 24
feet tall, but of course this is Zoom's math so you never know how tall it
was. Snickers tried to calculate where the tunnel had to be using a super
complicated math formula from the early days of Golden Sands.

"It has to be right... HERE!" exclaimed Snickers as he pushed one of the mud
bricks aside on the Kitty Statue.

All of the sudden bells rang from places unknown, as dust clouded the air. A
black and white figure seated on a beautiful red and gold throne appeared
out of the sandy earth, surrounded by hundreds of guards in flowing golden
armor. On the bottom of the throne there was a small inscription, the
roughly translated to "The Supreme Pandazu on High". King Pandazu slowly
rose out of his throne, as he did you could hear the sudden gasps from the
soldiers as this had never occurred before. King Pandazu was a very decrepit
Panda, bitter and mean from years of hard decisions for his kingdom.
Suddenly he began to speak in a tongue unfamiliar to Zoom & Snickers. They
tried to translate, but without success. Immediately, a tiny Turtle appeared
and began to translate, as King Pandazu spoke.

"Who are you? And how DARE you wear crowns in my kingdom. You are not
Royalty!" King Pandazu bellowed.

"We are not but the simple Lions of the kingdom Bittybay, right across the
water from your vast kingdom. We did not mean to offend you in anyway by our
presence". Snickers quickly replied

"Never mind why you are here, you must be punished for invading MY Kingdom"
King Pandazu snapped.

King Pandazu then raised his hands in the air, and out of the sand raised a
stone floor with dozens of weapons resting on it.

"Pick your punishment, or I will choose the worst possible one for you
both" ordered King Pandazu.

"Please King Pandazu Sir, we don't have to resort to-" Zoom started to say
before King Pandazu quickly cut him off.

"TOO LATE! Guards hold the prisoners!" Yelled King Pandazu.

Just then, the guards rushed upon the two lions, securing them for their
punishment. King Pandazu then proceeded to say a few words they assumed to
be a spell, and then headed back to his magnificent golden throne. Suddenly
Snickers collapsed in the sand, and began to thrash around violently, as
Zoom watched in horror.

"ALL HAIL KING PANDAZU" Snickers screamed.

Then Snickers' eyes started to glow a bright white, as he continued to
thrash about. Zoom then began to do the same.

"KING PANDAZU! KING PANDAZU! KING PANDAZU!" they both chanted.

Then, Jellybeans appeared, and cried as she witnessed her two friends roll
around in a trance screaming 'King Pandazu' repeatedly. She ran away as fast
as she could, so she could try and get help for her poor two friends...
