Showtime Saturday Hosts
Let's celebrate the weekend in grand BittyBay-style. Beginning every Saturday on Saturday, March 6th, 2010 at 9 PM GMT, we will be hosting a NEW event called Showtime Saturdays. There will be various ways for YOU to participate and win lots of prizes and bits. We hope you will be able to attend our first show.
Throughout the month of March, we will be bringing you a different show every Saturday. Want to find out a little more? Continue reading below where you can find out about each of the stages that form the event.
- User-voted game: This is where we listen to YOU. It is up to the users to decide which game we will play and this will be carried out as a room vote. The games we have planned include Bingo, Lucky dip, Kingdom battles and many more!
- Showtime Jackpot Lottery: This game of chance will cost 1 item per number combination (No tiles/backgrounds/wallpaper) if you wish to enter. Once you have paid one of the hosts with your item, they will allocate you with your number combination(s) and roll the dice. All of the items used to pay for entry will be the prize for ONE lucky winner including a rare item which we will reveal and add to the jackpot during the show.
- Staff Q&A: Have your questions at the ready! We have planned for a guest staff member to join us every week so that you can ask them questions about themselves, their role at Bittybay or their R4 plans.
The guest staff member will then choose one question which they think was the best, and that user will receive 50B.
- User of the Week: Every week we will be choosing one user who has stood out from the rest to become User of the Week!
To enter, send an email to showtime@bittybay.com with the subject "User of the Week - [USERNAME]" and the body containing your reason why you think you should be User of the Week before Friday, March 5th. The winner will be announced during Showtime Saturdays where they will receive 200B and a Sapphire. Also, the winner should be prepared for another surprise as they enter the spotlight!
Finally, we have teamed up with MtFrost.com and Icyplateau.com to bring you some extra features to look forward to. During the show, there will be music streaming on the MtFrost radio for you to listen to and enjoy. IcyPlateau will be providing us with our own forum where we can write a weekly blog recap of each of the shows in case you missed it, complete with screenshots and all winners. This will also allow us to find out what YOU think of the show by posting your comments on each of the threads.
