We are aware of the ongoing technical issues that cause logging problems and assure you that our technical gophers are working steadfast to fix them. If you are one of the users experiencing these problems, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

- Username
- E-mail
- Operating system
- Browser
- Flash Player version (if possible)
- Could you ever log in before?
- Have you tried clearing your cache, etc?
- Have you tried signing in on another computer?
- Do you have a firewall (and if so, is it on)?

It is recommended that you provide a working email that you actively check because we will reply in regards to trying to fix the issue(s).
