How do I recognize staff from regular users?

BittyBay staff and moderators have a few distinctions from normal users; you can tell who is a moderator by looking for a lion avatar, a gold/silver name-tag, as well as their gold/silver crown. If anyone claims to be a staff member or a moderator and they don't possess any of the above, send an OMS report immediately so that the situation can be taken care of.
