General Questions
When does Kingdom Royale (membership) end and why?
Kingdom Royale is the name of the membership currently on offer during this release (Release 3) and ends at month 16. If you have been a paying member for 16 months, you will receive a special never-to-be-released-again Star Trophy and a rare Gold Bubble Machine. In addition, once you reach month 16, you will no longer have to pay for membership as the benefits will be applied to your account for free (this excludes monthly gifts). You will not be able to buy any more membership after month 16 until Release 4, which is the upcoming version of BittyBay. If you are not a member, or a member but not close to month 16, don't worry - you can still join Kingdom Royle, and all gifts will stay on your account during the transfer to Release 4.

Moderator Questions
What are BittyBay Moderators?
BittyBay moderators are trained professionals that are responsible for maintaining top-notch safety around the kingdom. Moderators are equipped with tools that help them maintain the community to ensure that everyone is having a great time whilst being safe. Primarily, moderators are there for any emergencies or problems you may encounter throughout the kingdom. However, if time permits, feel free to have a chat with one!
What is the "OMS"?
The OMS - Offense Management System - is your primary source of communication between you and the BittyBay moderators. The OMS should be used for emergencies and emergencies only! If you see anyone breaking the Code of Conduct, we urge you to let us know via the OMS so an on-duty moderator can handle the situation.
Help! I have an emergency, but I don't know how to contact a moderator!
Don't fret! There's a very simple way to contact moderators. Look for the blue "H" in the top right corner of your screen. By clicking this and inserting your emergency, a moderator should get back to you in no time! The "H", also known as the OMS, will follow you around in the same spot everywhere you go throughout the kingdom; that way, you'll always be able to contact a moderator for emergency assistance.
I've sent in my emergency, but I haven't seen a moderator yet; what gives?
Sometimes, depending on your emergency, moderators won't have to report to the room you're in to investigate every single call. Moderators can do a lot of things remotely; that way, you can continue your expedition throughout the kingdom, and moderators can move on to the next call after they deal with yours. If a moderator does appear in your room, it's most likely because the moderator would like to know more information in regards to your emergency.
What's considered an emergency, though?
That's simple; an emergency is classified as a situation which could directly or indirectly cause harm to a user or a number of users. For a more general explanation, our emergencies should be relevant to the following categories: harassment, vulgarity, fraud, disruption, scamming, hate speech, personal identifying information, sexually explicit content, and the discussion or act of illegal activity. If you witness any of the above being performed by anyone in the kingdom, please let us know immediately. Our top priority is your safety and enjoyment. If you are still confused about what to consider an emergency, send it through to the OMS anyway. It's better to be safe, than sorry!
I sent an OMS call two hours ago and I got no response! What's the deal with this?
Moderators are trained to acknowledge every single call they receive. Before you get upset, it's imperative that you remember that moderators pick up a lot of calls whilst on duty, so you're not the only animal that could possibly be in distress! If you have sent a call, and have received no response, wait a few minutes before sending another one. If you still receive no reply or response, use the Contact Us form on the Help page and explain what your emergency was, as well as your call not being replied to. Someone from the Customer Support department or management department should reply to your email in 24-48 hours.
A moderator is telling me that they can't help me with my issue, why is this?
Moderators primarily deal with in-client issues. Moderators are not equipped with tools that help identify credit issues or help determine false trading. Therefore, moderators will urge you to use the Contact Us option on our website, so that customer support can look into the situation further. Moderators are there to monitor verbal activity mostly; if nothing happened verbally, it's best to use the Contact Us form for the most sufficient help.
