The PHP Developer is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining complicated user systems, website applications, and staff portals, whilst also ensuring the safety and security of such projects. Potential candidates must be able to provide full code commenting and must have extensive knowledge pertaining to system integrity; he/she must be able to work alongside several other developers, thus effective communication is a key requirement.
Applicants must be able to develop complex systems that integrate seamlessly into other projects (i.e. developers must work together to ensure that particular systems can be integrated to create an overall working product.) Applicants must have a vast amount of knowledge relating to PHP programming; this includes knowledge needed to create modules such as Content Management Systems (CMS), ticket support, article systems, polling systems, social networking applications, and the like.

Player Support is responsible for the general management of consumer appreciation, satisfaction and support within BittyBay. Player Support is responsible for answering any questions or issues players may have concerning payment, account queries, technical and bug issues, etc. Player Support is a team dedicated to supplying fast and reliable responses to all enquiries submitted via the contact form. Player Support report to the Business Director and are expected to have good availabilities in order to deal with the high velocity of emails successfully. BittyBay Moderators are trained individuals who enforce the rules and assist in maintaining a safe and positive virtual environment. Moderators are responsible for attending to situations that disrupt a player's experience, providing guidance and support for new players, monitoring player chat and behaviour, and the satisfaction of each player in terms of safety and service. Moderators report to the Moderation Manager and are scheduled for weekly moderation shifts; moderators must have good availabilities in order to fulfill monthly requirements. This position is very demanding and is considered one of the most important due to the amount of interaction between moderator and player.

A Marketing Manager is responsible for the promotion of all current and future products and services. This position requires the development of documents, plans, and strategies which are tailored to expand the BittyBay brand. The Marketing Manager will monitor and document the performance of campaigns via user feedback and website statistics; using this information, the Marketing Manager must then make appropriate changes to future campaigns to ensure repeated success.
Other duties also include the management of personnel, developing advertising proposals, managing marketing campaigns, contacting companies and maintaining relationships, and the management of in-game funds.
