Our Vision

At BittyBay, our vision is to offer kids and teenagers the unique opportunity to get involved in a community that will not only provide them with entertainment, but also education on important real-life topics such as environmental and wildlife conservation through fun events and campaigns.

Our theme is based around animals and the environment, and the content we provide our users with directly reflects this. Our aim is to educate as many young people on these topics as possible, and to give them a voice and the power to do something to help preserve this world we live in.

BittyBay Moderators are trained individuals who enforce the rules and assist in maintaining a safe and positive virtual environment. Moderators are responsible for attending to situations that disrupt a user's experience, providing guidance and support for new users, monitoring user chat and behavior, and the satisfaction of each user in terms of safety and service. Moderators report to the Moderation Manager and must schedule and report on weekly moderation shifts. Because of this, they must have good availabilities in order to fulfill specific monthly requirements. This position is very demanding and is considered one of the most important due to the amount of interaction between moderator and player.

Potential candidates must possess the following skills:
